It’s Self Care September and this is the absolute perfect time to remind each other to take better care of our brains and bodies. Self-care is described as conscious acts that one takes to promote their own physical, mental and emotional health. It could be something as simple as a 5-minute break outside for some fresh air or a trip to the Grand Canyon for a solo day hike. The type of self-care that each person needs is completely personal to what’s going on in their life and what brings them health and happiness.
