Feeling Good by Doing Good
Study after study shows that the emotional and physical benefits of helping others is a solid reason to do it. Often times, when life is throwing us a big curve ball, we dive inward toward isolation and depression. Although this is a normal reaction to stress, it’s very important to find ways to find silver linings and climb back into a more positive space. Lisa is here today with a fabulous example of how she’s been able to feel good by doing good. We hope this will inspire some of you to follow her lead.
